Sucrose

Sucrose is composed of a molecule of glucose joined to a molecule of fructose by an α−1,β−2-gIycosidic linkage.
Mannose is a sugar monomer of the aldohexose series of carbohydrates. It is a C−2 epimer of glucose.
Fructose, or fruit sugar, is a ketonic simple sugar found in many plants, where it is often bonded to glucose to form the disaccharide sucrose.
Lactose is composed of a molecule of galactose joined to a molecule of glucose by a β−1,4-gIycosidic linkage. It is a reducing sugar that is found in milk.
