The dipole moment is the vector sum of all the bond moments. The CH2Cl2 and CHCl3 both have net non-zero dipole moment because the bond moments are not cancelled each other due to their tetrahedral structure. The 1,4-dichlorobenzene, trans-butene, benzene have zero dipole moment due to cancellation of bond moments. The 1,3-dichlorobenzene, cis-butene, anisidine has non-zero dipole moment.
