The pathway of transport of sperms in the human male is:
Sperm is manufactured in testes. The epididymis stores the immature sperms received from testes for several days. After ejaculation, sperm is expelled from the epididymis into the deferent duct. The sperm then travels through the deferent duct into the pelvic cavity to the prostate. The vas deferens are connected to the seminal vesicle to form the ejaculatory duct, which passes through the prostate and empties into the urethra.
Seminiferous tubules → Rete testis → Vasa efferentia → Epididymis → Vas deferens → Ejaculatory duct → Urethra → Urethral meatus
