Financial Analysis is a broad term covering both the systematic classification and simplification of financial data (analysis) and drawing meaningful conclusions from that processed data (interpretation). Without interpretation, mere analysis has limited use, and interpretation requires prior analysis. Hence, Financial Analysis includes both analysis and interpretation.
